Project Objective

To design and build a hands free tv remote control system that will be controlled through ocular movement.  Control signals  produced by distinct  eye movements will used to control a universal TV remote control.  It will control the following features of a TV:   power ON/Off, channel scan UP/DOWN, and volume.  This operating system will be targeted towards people with disabilities such as quadriplegia.
